RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Indie Nomad Collective, we want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags, pouches, and packaging intact.

Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
How to Start a Return

Email us at sales@indienomadcollective.com within the 14-day window with your order number and the reason for return.

We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and email confirmation with instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your item arrives defective.
Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at tracy@indienomadcollective.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.

In this case, Indie Nomad Collective will cover the return shipping and provide either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

Returns received without prior authorization (RA number) may not be accepted.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping, so please ship with care.
